To celebrate JLL’s 25th anniversary of its listing on the New York Stock Exchange, we were invited to ring the closing bell and execute a full-scale brand takeover of the space.

We extended the takeover beyond NYSE, amplifying JLL’s presence across New York City with high-impact placements in Times Square.

The occasion also marked the launch of JLL Falcon, an artificial intelligence platform designed to accelerate digital transformation in commercial real estate—signaling how far the company has evolved since its initial IPO.
